I think the course was overall useful in understanding court procedures, preparing reports for court. It also helped us understand how to best record our daily work.
Really enjoyed and gave some good information on what we see, how it looks to view a situation and best on how to handle it even if you may get it wrong, to not interfere is worse than doing nothing.
I really enjoyed the course, it is a very useful tool.
