You can tell Jon has a great wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to investigations. He is a great trainer and really engages with the participants.

I found John made the conflict training very interesting with some of his real life experiences examples and his relaxed style of teaching and found him to be a genuine person. I would recommend this course to everyone.

Valuable insight into what can be used from sites in everyday use, and the way it can be used to an officers benefit when on a case gathering exercise.
