Excellent course delivered very well. La Touche has developed a reputation as the go to organisation for this type of training in the public sector and its easy to see why after completing this course.
Very useful and helpful to understand the system
I am generally determined to be bored at these conferences, as they are CPD driven for me and, as a corporate lawyer, I find there is rarely subject matter that is of interest to me. However, this is my second year at this LaTouche conference and I have found both of them very interesting , despite my best efforts. Also, Adrian had to help Donna with the mike and cracked a Debbie McGee joke. Which I got.
Overall it was a very enjoyable and interactive course. I would recommend it to anyone in a job that could face conflict.
The role playing was key to the training.
Has given me confidence in my role and has let me see how I carry out my tasks from a very different view.
