I highly recommend this course to all my colleagues and those without court appearance experience.

Course is well ran. Ian ws very clear and was very understandable in his delivery of the course material and helpful. Definitely takes you out of your everyday comfort zone. Makes you focus on what you put down in reports especially the detail.
