A really enjoyable day, Niamh was really engaging and kept the day moving at a good pace for all participants. I gained a valuable insight into the importance of correct preparation and more importantly the need to stick with facts and not opinion. I now feel i would be much better prepared, if required to give evidence.

Course was brilliant so informative got lots of ideas and information if I was to ever come into place in a difficult situation

Excellent course, very well presented, I found it challenging and very much outside my comfort zone but I learnt so much and will use the knowledge I learnt when acting as a witness in court.
