Steve is very good at engaging us. He keeps it interesting. He also displays superlative knowledge of the content and the H&S discipline. Furthermore he has taken the time to read and understand all of Ibstock’s relevant H&S systems, procedures and forms in order to maximise the benefit and relevance to us.
