As previously suggested, it would be beneficial to group experienced employees together for a refresher course of this nature, rather than put them together with new starters who require a different level of training and attention. Experienced engineers could complete the requirements in half of the time and maybe an assessment rather than training is appropriate.

I enjoyed my course thoroughly and enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone.
