Really appreciated that Simon took our base knowledge into consideration and took us through pieces we needed to revisit rather than throw a lot of information at us, would have made for a long day and made it harder to engage. The practical element was excellent and better than the initial training the team had done years ago.
It’s a lot to take in initially but Simon was great at breaking this down into bite size learning that could be absorbed and understood.
I’ll take skills and knowledge I never had before.
