I think Tara handled the technical difficulties faced at the beginning extremely well. She was clear and concise and answered all questions in detail. I felt extremely comfortable to speak up, but this wasn't needed often as Tara explained everything so clearly. I certainly learnt a lot of new skills which I have already used and would recommend this course to others. Thank you Tara for an excellent course.

The course was brilliant and better than expected. Tesni was a great teacher and I learnt a lot. My only point would be that it would be helpful to have the updated slides beforehand, but this was rectified during the session.

Found it all really useful, great to get a clear steer on how to budget and look at P&L sheets. Nice that it was a small group so that we could really get out what we needed from it. Although it was a lot to take in as I have never done Payroll before the instructions from the trainer were clear and easy to follow. However I will use the training manual until I become more familiar with everything.
