I really liked how the payroll course was tailored specifically to meet our company's requirements. It addressed all the key areas we were looking for, making the content relevant and directly applicable to our day-to-day operations. The trainer was also fantastic—very knowledgeable and approachable, with a clear and engaging teaching style that made even the more complex topics easy to understand.

Nothing to comment - session went smooth since day 1 and Shiela is superb - she delivered very clear the topics, very patient with us to understand the topics esp. the calculation of the tax allowance, NI contribution :) . She is very helpful all throughout the session.

I'm not a numbers person but replicating my comment above Sheila breaks it down very well. Most will be useful in my role as a payroll approver and to answer/ direct employee queries when it comes to UK pay matters.

Shelia was a great presenter and I enjoyed hearing her explain the course. I feel I have walked away with a good amount of knowledge and I feel more confident while using payroll and the legislations attached to it. Good delivery of course material. Some went over my head (Taguchi method) but would require more practice in my own time. Great!
