Found it all really useful, great to get a clear steer on how to budget and look at P&L sheets. Nice that it was a small group so that we could really get out what we needed from it. Tara was very professional and helpful and explained everything clearly, whilst getting us to think of the answers rather than just telling us them! Thank you!
The course was very clear and trainer answered all queries as we went. The group was very small - only two which for me was great as made it more personal. by also providing templates with pre formulated formulas was really helpful .
The course in general was good - I think I struggled with the connection and Teams was not the best type of software. The course was 1:1 but might have been more beneficial in a larger group and in person
Although it was a lot to take in as I have never done Payroll before the instructions from the trainer were clear and easy to follow. However I will use the training manual until I become more familiar with everything.

I found the course to be beneficial, but due to my dyslexia, I believe it would have been more effective if it were shorter or spread out over a few days.
