Dan was a really brilliant trainer and made us feel comfortable instantly, building a quick rapport. This really helped foster the correct environment and the foundations to build skill. I was really impressed with the content and how much we learnt in a smaller space of time. I feel very confident and excited to use my new found skills!

Great initial training days, interesting to see how the entire course comes together once we complete/ apply the knowledge to the assignments. I feel the content has been portrayed/ delivered in an easy to understand and interactive way.

Reasonably fast paced. A lot of material compressed in to two days. Even with the extended lunch break, I found myself feeling tired both evenings. Online training definitely has its place in our technology-enabled world, but I think there is still value in face-to-face interaction. It would be interesting to see how this course would differ, delivered in a traditional setting.
