Very thorough and glad I took the prerequisite. The instructor was helpful in how he repeated items and took time to answer questions or review. Also good to have snacks and ample breaks.

The course itself is very long and dragged which makes it ineffective. I believe shortening each session to 3 hours would have been more effective.

Serge was fantastic. I think that the PowerPoint files (the EBinder) should be printed - doing the work/notes/excels all on my laptop without the power point physically printed in front of me inevitably meant that interaction with the material was less than ideal.

Sometimes a bit too slow, too many step-by-step explanations which are easy to deduce oneself

The course is very comprehensive and good to learn for getting fundamental knowledge for valuation. However, I sometimes lost in details, I think there many be too many details therefore I have no idea which to focus.

The course and material was great. I liked the instructor because he made the course very interactive and based on real deals.

Great engaging instructor and good content. Just need more time to practice and absorb some of the more complicated stuff so the online materials are also nice.

It became a bit fast in the second half. Could have been spread over 2-days for better understanding.
