Overall I was very satisfied with this course and I gained my qualification. I liked the way the Tutor ran the sessions and there was always time for you to ask questions and have them answered.

Interesting and interactive session! Rob was a wonderful trainer. He gave a lot of examples from his experiences and engaged everyone in meaningful discussions.

Rob did an amazing job at keeping the group engaged and on-track. All the information was relevant, and I liked that he drew on his personal experience which made it more informal. He is clearly an expert in the industry and I learned a lot today
I was quite apprehensive about starting the course as I haven't completed any formal courses for a number of years. I soon settled in and enjoyed the session and the tutor.
