Acquired invaluable knowledge

I was satisfied with the methodology and content. However, I expected a deeper dive into some of the topics.

The first two modules were somewhat challenging to engage with, particularly for learners without a finance background. However, from Module 3 onwards, the content became much more interesting and engaging, which helped build my confidence and understanding. The overall duration of the course felt too short. I was fortunate to have an excellent tutor whose guidance made the learning experience very positive. I believe additional classes would provide learners with more opportunities to strengthen their understanding and confidence. More interactive discussions among course participants would also enhance knowledge sharing and learning. Overall, the course was well organised and effectively managed. The only improvement I would suggest is extending the course timeline and providing more time to complete assignments.

The training was excellent , the material helped to learn things in detail and was very helpful in breaking down the entire course down to the bottom and understand the entire cycle unto the top which really helped me to understand perfectly.

I recently completed the ICA Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention, and I found it to be a very worthwhile and rewarding course. It covers a wide range of financial crime topics, including AML, sanctions, fraud, bribery and corruption, terrorist financing, and the wider financial crime framework, giving a well-rounded understanding of the subject.

The course content is practical and well-aligned with real-world AML challenges. The tutor webinar and specimen papers were particularly helpful for exam preparation. The manual covers all key topics thoroughly. Would benefit from more interactive learning tools and updated case studies.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend ICA. The programme was well structured, practical and relevant to real compliance work. It provided strong theoretical knowledge, useful case studies and a clear understanding of international sanctions compliance expectations.
