Good training overall, would advise even more focus on specific documents compared to the process.

Trainer clearly has field experience which is very interesting. Perhaps the training could be more focused on the legal documentation and what to look out for. It felt like the morning was more about how an M&A process is ran.

Would have preferred to go into the content of the documents (e.g. reps & warranties, indemnities etc) earlier on the day already. I would be most interested to hear more about common pitfalls, market practice in docs etc. Trainer was good, enthousiastic and kept up the energy during the day.

Good session, but I believe shortcuts section can be cut down and given as material to review. Can take longer on the model possibly

Johnny is an expert in excel! He is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Very interesting and comprehensive course, i would suggest a more participation of the colleagues inviting them to resolve some exercises/case studies in order to involve them more during the course; i would suggest to spend less time in showing how the different items can be calculated.

Enthusiastic teacher with great knowledge base.

The course material is very applicable to regular work tasks. However, I feel that I still need more time with the foundational concepts behind the accounting within the model and analysis. But, for purposes of teaching LBO models to a full class, I can understand why it isn't realistic to spend extended time on the fundamentals.
