The FSA exam could be structured better, feels like some of the questions were trying to trick me rather than testing knowledge.
Very thorough, content covered was very detailed, trainer communication was clear and overall fun/relaxed atmosphere in the training site
Serge is an oustanding teacher, explaining things very clearly, spending time for questions and to go through topics that are not widely understood by the class. The atmosphere/ environment he created in the training room it's absolutely fantastic.
