Course Structure 1. I would recommend that pre course are mandatory for everyone to complete before the start the training so that we can skip the very basics. Instructor: 1. While the instructors is very knowledgeable in the field, I think the class needs to be made more engaging. I know people are shy to speak up, but needs to get that interest going in the class.

I find the AMT training to be helpful. However, I think the explanations for the quizzes aren't as helpful. I often find myself still a big confused as to why certain certain answers are correct even after reading the questions and solutions. For quizzes where calculations are required, I wish the calculations are shown in the solutions.

Pros: - Serge and the TAs are very well knowledgeable. Serge also articulates very well what he explains and is able to entertain the class in a nice and pleasant way > very good quality of teaching - The AMT website works well and it's intuitive - Lots of materials to exercise Cons: - We could dig deeper in the topics. I would personally like to see real-world modelling examples and exercise (which we, very soon, are all going to deal with). > overall, it should all be more difficult and closer to real life

It is good enough for us to understand the fundamentals of accounting, modeling, valuation, and how we work in the office.

Good, but I want more detailed answer of quiz.

I would appriciate it if you let gme know the detail schedule of each day before the training starts, like when we can take break or not etc.

I think the trainer is fantastic, everything he explains he tries to give examples. It's clear that he has a great knowledge and he is good at teaching and delivering clear explanation However, when it comes to the content, I would like to study more advanced stuff. Most of the people have finance or business backgrounds and have already covered these materials. I have been working in the firm for 1 year and I feel that more complex materials would prepare as better for the desk A good idea would be to split us in groups so that more knowledgeable people could cover more complex contents

I really enjoyed the course, it was very informative sessions. However, I'd prefer if the course focus on more analysis aspects rather than accounting part which should be shrinked to half a day

Amit was very patient and walked us through the key concepts of the week. At times, I would have liked a faster pace but I acknowledge that not everyone is up to that speed yet. Cases & materials were helpful, would be interesting to split group (when it comes to exercises & cases) into normal & more advanced that, using the different trainers cover more complex applications of the concepts to keep attention & concentration high.

Some parts were a bit to slow especially for people with previous experience in IBD. Also the time schedule should be better adapted to people in continental Europe as we ate way to late ...
