The course was very interesting & it's always handy to do a refresher course
Course was very informative and easy to understand. The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the course, process and procedures.
Informative course and delivery by the trainer was good. I enjoyed the use of the fire extinguishers
I found the course really helpful i was shown what to do in a course of a fire and how to safely get the residents out. I was also shown how to use the mat how to transport a person down the stairs. Overall the trainer was excellent at showing training.
