the trainer alun james is very knowledgeable and confident in delivering the training.contents of material are spot on and is up to date.materials are easy to understand and in layman terms as well.

The way which alun teach is very nice . Today I know how to use fire extinguisher . I did some exercise about how to take out resident from room . Thankyou
