Fire course was excellent and Terry was very good and he explained it well.

Terry is a processional, experienced teacher who made sure we all leant everything we needed to keep residents safe in case of fire outbreak The session was very lively !

Terry Pritchard , Trainer , Great training ,clearly explained everything and asked if we didnt understand anything or wanted him to go through again , it was no problem , terry involved everyone to be comfortable and positive with the training , and praised us for good actions along with telling us if we did make errors so we understand ,
