Videos were a bit dated and didn't show how to transfer someone from a wheelchair to the evac chair. Trainer is great, very knowledgeable and fun to learn from. As my first time doing it, made me confident to be able to do a fire chair evac on my own.

Excellent, the trainer ensured we were comfortable with the speed of the course. His 30years of knowledge showed and he made me feel very reassured that I will know what to do in an emergency situation

Fantastic training! I have attended several training sessions by other training providers, and non have been as comprehensive and interactive as today! Alun was very friendly and the opportunity to use extinguishers on real fires and try evacuation methods has been invaluable. Many thanks

This course was clearly put across and relevant to our home The trainer took time to talk about our residents situations and made us fully aware how we could deal with different situations. He was very clear with his instructions and answered all questions well. He demonstrated how to get residents out of bed and explained about the concerns we had. The session was interesting and fun and engaging for staff making our rolls very clear in the event of a fire. I have been a fire trainer in the past and found his training to be excellent. Well done and thank you
