We had another trainer from Tower in recently and Russell was so much more professional and respectful. Last week there was some confusion regarding our home policy compared with Towers and the previous trainer would continually make unprofessional and unnecessary remarks on his personal feelings towards our policy. Russell started the day acknowledging that there was differences, understanding the pros and cons to all arguments and proceed to follow our in house policy. Russell was very knowledgeable, approachable and thorough with all aspects of the course.
