Friendly very informative trainer

Very confident training, gives a good simulation of a real fire. Makes you use the equipment so you have a feel for it which is really useful.

Really enjoyed doing this course especially with Alun as he made it as interesting as possible while learning what we needed. I learned more than I ever have on this one course.
