Well explained, theory and practice. Very important for our team especially NEW staff doing this training for the first time.

I've gainedmore experience regarding fire training, and on how to evaquate in case of fire, also ways to work as a team with the other staff members to avoid confusion.

Good training, would ideally need two trainers one to observe the person on the panel and another to observe the team evacuating rooms. To ensure everyone is confident in what their duties are. More information on the process of evacuating the rest of residents/team that are safe to leave the building would be helpful
