Alun was great, he engaged well with the team and supported any questions and helped them be able to use a fire extinguisher. My team feel more confident in using fire extinguisher

Trainer was well known and an expert in passing information across. Tower training is also essential as it helps one gain knowledge on how to attend in case of a real fire situation
