Great training with Terry

Terry was a great mentor, very informative and made the course fun. Learnt a lot and now feel confident when it comes to fire fighting.

Gareth was informative and knowledgeable. He presented the course with humour, clearly giving examples that demonstrated his experience. It was an absolute pleasure to take part in this course and we definitely have a few ideas to add our own policies now.

The practical section was good and understanding what we should while the fire events. If you add some examples in your slides it will be helpful. Or some videos of evacuation or using the extinguisher

Good content - I found the laptops were very old so it caused problems with connecting to our presentation screen.

Really good trainer for fire safety really pleased with the information I was provided.
