Knowledgeable, supportive tutors are a consistent strength, with attendees praising clear explanations, real-world examples and helpful guidance throughout their learning. They find the training informative, well structured and often practical, with site visits and face-to-face sessions helping connect theory to workplace responsibilities. Flexible online study suits people in full-time roles, while responsive staff provide strong assessment and technical support. Some feel the online material is text-heavy and would benefit from more interactive content, but learners broadly apply the knowledge confidently at work.
