Came away with a greater understanding of friction material's, knew there were a lot of potential ingredient's but not the level indicated. The course gave depth without jargon, information that had the possibility to be dry and boring became interesting and relevant, my area is from a Parts & Materials background, but the course was at a level that was informative and I could follow .I have some mechanical ability but not current, so this proved a good update and was seemed to engage the audience.

Very worthwhile and informative. Good video's to break-up the technical stuff and give it time to sink in. Many I.M.I. members are hands-on, so more hardware to pass around during the talkie bits would be a good idea. Excellent. Looking forward to getting an update at some future point.
