Considering that I have been at TMD Friction for 18 years - this is the first true course I have attended on Brake shoes , Drums and Wheel cylinders . To be honest I had very little knowlendge on the subjects. Prior to the presentation. This has two benefits I can now talk to customers with more confidence on the subject. But it should also generate more brake shoes sales as I can discuss the benefits our brake shoe program and generate sales on the Shoe Locks when they come into stock.

I was not aware of how much information is on Brandmaker and the idea that you can create your own view is a game changer . I will create my own view and also discuss with the sales team.

This was without doubt the most important training session It has filled a very large knowledge gap for me and given me new information to talk to customers about. Most of the information I had seen on a factory tour but not in as much detail. I did not retain the information. So this course was a great to remind me of the importance of secondary measures.

very informative , on how many types of component parts and engineering decisions in chamfering for eg go into making a pad work at its optimum best .
