Industry experience is the standout strength attendees value: trainers explain technical subjects clearly, patiently and in terms that relate to day-to-day work. They describe the teaching as knowledgeable, friendly and consistently engaging, with humour, questions and practical guidance helping beginners and experienced staff alike. Courses are well planned, informative and easy to follow, leaving attendees more confident, better prepared and able to apply the learning in their roles.
