I would like it to be more tailored to a department. Sometimes things can be generalised. I think I would personally benefit from a smaller group.
This course ranks highly among the most useful I have completed in my professional career. Laurell is a fantastic trainer and teacher, and is highly engaging, knows the subject matter extremely well, and understands how to connect with different learning styles.

The course was meticulously designed and well-tailored to the needs of the group, keeping everyone on their toes and engaged throughout. I have no criticism or improvement suggestions - based on this experience, I'd attend another course in a heartbeat. Laurell herself is a tireless ball of energy and knowledge, and it was nothing short of a pleasure to attend a course she was in charge of - I very much look forward to working with her again.

This course helped organise all the bits and pieces that I thought I knew about 'Training' into a carefully planned, linear process. I left with a thorough understanding of my strengths and weaknesses, and full of enthusiasm to proceed with applying my learnings in the workplace.

As a team, we discussed what we will stop, start and continue doing to ensure that we work effectively with others who are on the opposite spectrum to us and to make sure that we move more towards the middle of the colour-ing. The course has helped me to realise my strengths as well as what I can do to improve my communication style. It has made me aware of others' preference as well as mine, so I can utilise it for effective communication. I can use this on my personal life as well.
This was a very useful session for my team to create self-awareness about own preferences and communication style, and appreciate that others in the team have differing preferences. We took the learning into our weekly team meeting, and it was great to see how everyone in the team reflected on the different elements.
Only wish we had a bit more time to talk about effective communication styles and working in teams with different personality types, however, we got through a lot in the short time we had. The teacher knows her subject very well and used some very relatable examples. She was extremely engaged with what she was teaching and her enthusiasm really shone through. Would definitely recommend
Laurell is a great trainer and the management training course she presented was extremely valuable. The content was tailored to our own training needs and was all extremely useful. Over a two-day course, Laurell managed to keep the energy in the room high and made the training a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience for all involved.
Thought the course was really good and helpful will be great to have a 1-1 to make it really specific to my management needs
