Lousie was very approachable and practical in all the points of information during our training. We explained where we felt our shortfalls were around emails and communication. Louise gave advice and provided hands-on training for immmediate and longterm solutions for our school.
I really enjoyed the training session with Louise. She was really helpful - showed us lots of good features and gave us good insights into how to proceed.
Louise has a very calm and gentle way of delivering. She explains in simple terms and has a unique of knowing when to recap even when we didn't know we had misunderstood. We look forward to our next session.
Some of the stuff sort of went over my head. But I will be able to study the attachments sent and being able to email back Louise with any questions will help me a lot going forward.
