Very Good Training

Great course,it got me thinking about our personality traits.I got a lot of information on how you would deal with a difficult customer which will become an everyday part of my role. It was well structured,putting us working in groups was great as it got us out of our comfort zone .I will keep the SQT training book with me at all times going forward.

I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed the course , I felt so comfortable in any comments or any opinions I had and I also had no issues in raising any questions I had. I will definitely be putting to good use everything that I have learned and would highly recommend this course to everybody. I hope I can do more courses like this n the future.

I was hesitant about the course at first as some times i struggle sitting in a classroom all day but I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it so interesting and interactive, It was by far my favorite course to date! Gina was brilliant and so friendly and welcoming

Found the Tutor engaging as well as clear and concise instructions with regard to expectations. I found the interactions and lengthy discussions with the tutor as well as with colleagues very helpful and great to get difference interpretations/approaches.
