Good course. was nice to get on with some other people from other SCOTTS sites and get to know them. Gillian was great, and was helpful with any questions we had.
I think there should be more time spent on the practicalities of real life. I feel it delved too deep in to the learning styles for some employee attending the course and some training roles.

feel the actual course was too aimed at factory workers, personally would've found it helpful to have some office-based scenarios
Course was good covered a lot of topics and was very interactive
Marion was really good, feel like I've learned a lot and eager to put some new styles,and new ways of thinking about training into practise
