Really good. I thought two days on rules and procedure would be quite dry but it was delivered very well and was very engaging.

Another excellent course by Bond Solon delivered supremely by Mr Nick Deal. Thoroughly enjoyed the pre course material, enough detail but succinct to not overwhelm, and the discussion during the course was stimulating and encouraging. Will be recommending it to others.
Nick demonstrated excellent subject knowledge, he was sensitive to the needs of the learners and made fantastic links to my role. The session was delivered at a pace appropriate to the group and Nick employed a range delivery methods including oral, visual and peer group activities to cater for all learning styles. He made his session come to life by sharing real world examples to emphasise key points and keep the group engaged. Nick used QA&A effectively to check the learner's knowledge and understanding, he created a relaxed atmosphere, that made me feel comfortable to ask questions and share my thoughts. He used praise effectively and recognised and acknowledged my contributions which helped maintain my morale and make me feel valued. Great two days training!!!
