Very good very clear communication and relaxing environment ..... until mock cross examination which proved extremely insightful
The training was delivered exceptionally well, with plenty of group exercises and interaction that kept everyone engaged

Very good course and well presented with great combination and knowledge and personal experiences. I think we should this though as a 3-day course: disclosure, completion of a witness statement and then this giving evidence course. HMPPS should be doing this sort of thing for any staff member that may have to give evidence or is involved in an investigation.
Great course - took bond Solon course in 2017 and found this delivery by Rhoda excellent in comparison to what I experienced in 2017.
