It is not something often done in our role, therefor difficult to be enthusiastic or engaged with the training. This is no fault of Bond Solon or our trainer.
It was interesting and informative and helpful in case of attendance to a court hearing.
A highly relevant course. Richard made the day light hearted and interactive, which was very welcome. I found his style engaging and easy to follow, no mean feat with what could be potentially quite dry! The practice cross-examination was a great introduction to what I might expect in the future and some excellent real-world tips on how to make the challenges of giving evidence more palatable.
Trainer was excellent, made everyone feel comfortable which allowed us to give everything a go and ask questions.

Fantastic trainer, knowledgeable, extremely personable, and very disarming which helped engage a number of very scared attendees. The course material was in-depth without being overwhelming and the delivery was spot on.
