It was very useful to be able to benefit from the insight of a course presenter who has significant experience in the relevant field and who was approachable and knowledgeable.
Trainer was very personable and pleasant to listen to, course well structure and timed. Hotel nice too.
The facilitator, Richard was highly knowledgeable and provided very practical and clear examples relating to content. He also created an environment which made people feel more at ease and comfortable.
