The course was great, the trainer was great, I certainly feel better prepared for attending Tax Tribunal as and when it comes up. Specifically, the opportunity to be cross-examined was very useful, in building the experience in a safe space (as a witness). I would say, given that the course is already excellent, making it relevant to tax litigation could be an added feature, but not essential.

I think the aspect of the trainer that I most respect, above his ability to keep interest awake and timing the breaks well, is the depth of knowledge he has which he clearly spells out in both written and verbal presentations so it becomes quite easy to understand and apply -almost in a simple methodical fashion.
