Excellent course. Covered exactly what I need for court appearances. Keen to do the cross examination module now. I feel much more prepared for court following today’s course. Many thanks to our trainer Faye who was excellent
Overall an extremely informative useful training day. Lots of interactive training types where used. The trainer was very engaging.
The opportunity to 'have a go' at being cross examined in relation to fictional witness statement - it felt very real and provided a perfect opportunity to sample what it might be like in a real situation - very informative and 'eye opening' :-)
A good course that explained the workings and procedures of the court room
Nicholas was authoritative and is well grounded and delivers court training especially cross-examination and witness statement preparation in an instructive manner and carries everyone along.
Nick was incredibly welcoming and a great teacher. He was able to easily illustrate what to expect in a real life courtroom scenario and was extremely receptive to questions from the group, all round a fantastic learning experience.
Very good trainer - Fay was thorough, responsive, attentive and gave us all plenty of time to discuss and ask questions.
good general idea re court room skills and familiarisation. overlaps with cross examination but good introduction to further courses
