Very informative, engaging and enthusiastically delivered.
Despite some technical challenges at the beginning of the day, the course was professionally delivered and very interesting and informative.
It was really good training on a subject that usually makes us very nervous. It has helped us feel more prepared and gain a better understanding of what we might encounter, reducing some of those terrifying feelings.
Our trainer was absolutely brilliant, really engaging and an excellent speaker. personable and provided helpful answers to any questions asked.
The course was great, the trainer was great, I certainly feel better prepared for attending Tax Tribunal as and when it comes up. Specifically, the opportunity to be cross-examined was very useful, in building the experience in a safe space (as a witness). I would say, given that the course is already excellent, making it relevant to tax litigation could be an added feature, but not essential.
The trainer was a very knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I would really like to attend more courses with her, thank you.
