Charan was an excellent trainer. She explained things clearly, constantly checked our understanding and managed our time well. Charan was very knowledgeable and shared lots of tips and insight into what to expect as a witness in tribunal, and put some challenging questions to us in the mock trial. She also emphasised the need to prepare well and shared tips on how to be more at ease on the day. I feel much more confident going into tribunal as a witness now. I would happily recommend this training to anyone likely to be, or who has been, a witness in tribunal.
