Charan was an excellent trainer. She explained things clearly, constantly checked our understanding and managed our time well. Charan was very knowledgeable and shared lots of tips and insight into what to expect as a witness in tribunal, and put some challenging questions to us in the mock trial. She also emphasised the need to prepare well and shared tips on how to be more at ease on the day. I feel much more confident going into tribunal as a witness now. I would happily recommend this training to anyone likely to be, or who has been, a witness in tribunal.

Faye is a lady who I admire and a great inspiration. Her knowledge, skills and experience shine through. Again, I have learnt so much and feel well equipped to go to court if asked. Walking us through the court system was very important in my view but the Expert witness role play was superb. Even in the class room the cross examination practice really gave you a feel for what its like and a great confidence boost

This was an excellent introduction to courtroom etiquette and the skills I need to learn so that I can fulfil my duty to the court effectively, professionally and with confidence. Before the course I was lacking in knowledge about the procedures related to giving evidence, and the rules and regulations regarding behaviour and formalities in court. I now feel more confident that I could address the court, and give the Judge an honest opinion in a professional manner, with clarity of tone and well paced responses. I am acutely aware of my responsibilities under CPR 35.3 and will regularly refresh my memory by re-reading these principles, and diarise time to thoroughly absorb my report prior to court attendance. I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to attend this course and feel better equipped should I need to give evidence in the future.
