Really enjoyable day, very well delivered and plenty of skills gained to help in my job going forward. It was great getting to work with different departments to help investigate/resolve issues within the company. Gráinne was very knowledgeable and gave good examples and information we could research to help with future problem solving.
Great course overall! Cant recommend this tutor enough to people she really blew it out of the park!
Excellent course and very well planned out, the tutor was extremely helpful and engaging with the kappa and work concerns raised between the departments. The tutor offered excellent solutions or alternatives where quick fix solutions could not be found.
