Chris delivered the course exceptionally well. Both the theory and practical elements were presented in a professional, clear, and informative manner. Every question was answered, and all aspects of the course were thoroughly explained. He also shared valuable insights from his own journey and real-life experiences. I would highly recommend this course. Wrap up well if attending in winter though!

Course venue was good. Plenty to see, and operate. Not sure if it’s something that could be adopted into the course more, but the discipline steps of preforming isolations in the safest ways. Some confusion over if you withdraw ACB’s a lot before withdrawing HV cbs. Also the hazards maybe of cbs failing to close, or CBs struck when racking in or out.. the reality hazards you may come across as an SAP, and how to safely overcome them for new guys training on this course. All good knowledge is worth sharing to ensure people are safe and knowledgable. Content was good and Chris very knowledgable.
