Course was very interactive and presented new theories and practical ideas that can be implemented in my peculiar situation, even though at an organisational level, some might be difficult but personally I can adapt to improve efficiency and productivity.
Generally the course has been good and has equipped me with new knowledge and skills to navigate through the work environment
