Enjoyed the two days.

there was a huge amount of information and at a level that I had not previously thought of safeguarding. It was beneficial to be on the course with so many people with such a vast amount of experience who were willing to share there experiences.

Fabulous course, really great presenter very knowlegable sharing her expertise, great interactive group, I enjoyed it far more than i expected and will recommend to colleagues

Liked the break out sessions which brought it to life and kept us all engaged. Day 2 more case focused was excellent.

I really enjoyed the session, i didn't receive the course material beforehand but i should ahve followed up on that before. Great way of teaching with breakout rooms and changing rooms each time, so getting to hear about everyones experience.

the break out room discussion were really helpful Going through cases and discussing Questions were answered well and you weren't put off asking them Also the Fact V inference was a really good exercise.

I really enjoyed this course. It was engaging, relevant, the discussions and examples helped bring the leadership aspects to life, and I’ve come away feeling more confident in my role and decision‑making. I really gained from the section on legislation and the different Acts. I learnt a lot about how these should guide our decision‑making and be clearly reflected in our policies and procedures.

Great training with an excellent trainer.

I found the trainer engaging and really knowledgeable. She struck an excellent balance maintaining authority, whilst remaining open to the opinions and experience of others. Really liked her!!!! The course material, while not new to me, served as a refresher on things I had leaned and now, to some extent take for granted, missing nuance. questions and discussion around "what is safeguarding " the 7 principles of the NHS constitution. All concepts that I'm familiar with but the nature of which can be lost in practice. I'm really glad I attended probably the best training of the year!
