I loved how interactive the class was Every member of the class was involved during the class.
Been very interesting course today and makes us realise even more the importance of accurate record keeping and how different interpretations can be perceived.

Susan delivered the course really well, she was engaging and made the content interesting. I found the examples discussed relating to health care particularly useful. I will definitely be implementing what I've learnt into my daily record keeping.
The course is very needed and maybe we could have this more often to help in our roles.
This was a very valuable course for me and has really made me aware of the dangers of incorrect record keeping. it has also highlighted the importance of being very detailed and accurate in what we record in our notes as professionals.
