Well worth taking the training to understand better the implications of documenting well or not and the consequences of my notes not being believable due to their inadequacy.

I found this course exceptionally helpful and insightful. A lot of what I have learnt today will be able to be transferred into my clinical practice and record keeping. This was a very helpful session and I really enjoyed it. It was interactive and got you thinking which was good and kept it interesting. Thank you for such a good session.

It would have been helpful to have had the slides sent before the training. Otherwise the course was interactive, cases studies where engaging and though provoking. Highly relevant to role.
